UK Mail (now DHL)
Company Overview Booklet
UK Mail commissioned a 32-page company overview booklet to clearly communicate its services, nationwide network, and brand values to customers, partners, and internal teams.
The key challenge was to present large volumes of complex, data-heavy information in a way that felt accessible, structured, and credible, while reinforcing the company’s scale, reliability, and professionalism.
-
Led the editorial design and visual direction for the booklet.
Developed the page layouts, grid system, and typographic hierarchy.
Designed bespoke infographics, diagrams, and iconography to simplify complex information.
Prepared final artwork for print, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and technical quality.
-
I created a structured grid system to organise content consistently across the full 32-page document, allowing for flexibility while maintaining visual coherence.
Data-heavy sections - including network reach, service breakdowns, and company history - were translated into clear, visually digestible infographics that made key messages easier to understand at a glance.
Brand elements such as colour, photography, and iconography were applied systematically throughout the booklet to reinforce recognition, hierarchy and trust.
-
The completed booklet became a core sales and communications tool used by internal teams to explain UK Mail’s capabilities, coverage, and value proposition.
Improved clarity, hierarchy, and visual storytelling strengthened comprehension for readers and reinforced confidence in the brand - supporting both customer conversations and stakeholder engagement.
